Tony and Ann both like restoring old furniture and houses.
They've restored the Victorian house they live in at 112 Hazelwood Street in Waterville.
In the fall of 2004 they decided to transform an 1876 Victorian house into a Bed and Breakfast, also in Waterville.
In 2007 they sold that renovated Bed and Breakfast to visiting guests that then turned the house into their summer home.
Tony and Ann saved this house from demolition by the city. Despite the leaking roofs, no running water and infested with squirrels, they renovated the Bed and Breakfast into a home-away from home atmosphere.
Both of them are natives of Marshall County and enjoy the history their town has to offer.
This guesthouse is unique in away because Tony and Ann are non-resident Innkeepers.
Tony is the guide for Kansas Hunting Adventures,LLC also located in Waterville, Kansas.
