Lilly - Our family enjoyed the guesthouse so much. We definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay several days. We felt like we were home.  The historic house is so elegantly decorated and Ann's egg souffle is absolutely wonderful.  It was so nice to have a hot hardy breakfast to start our busy day.  We will be back next year when we get together again.

Nov 30 We're here again for our annual deer hunt.  The guesthouse makes the best hunting lodge we've ever stayed in.  It's even better with the great hunting ground Tony's got.  I recommend the Kansas Hunting Adventures and the Vintage Charm Guesthouse/Hotel.

Dec 22, 2010 Our family stayed at this beautiful guesthouse for my fathers funeral.  Ann hospitality and the comforts of this house made this difficult time so soothing.  If your looking for a place to stay for a long term.  This is definitely the place to stay.  Thank you Ann and Tony

Dec 24, 2010 Christmas was very unusual this year.  Tony and Ann let us use the  Vintage Charm Guesthouse for our Christmas Day Dinner.  It was fabulous with all the nice china and silver serves.  It felt like the old times when we would have Christmas at home as a children. We really recommend this house to traveling guest.

Jan 3,2011 Best place ever to have a New years Eve party. The guesthouse has all kinds of PS 2 games. We'll do it again.

Tony & Ann,I really appreciate your hospitality during my recent turkey hunt in Kansas.  Your B&B is a really nice setup.  It was very comfortable and restful.  Waterville was a really nice place, too.  I was glad to find rural living was still alive and well.  It was nice not to see a Walmart anywhere close!  Tony, the hunting was great.  I don’t know how it could have been any better, except for the rain- not much we can do about that though.  It was a long trip back because I had such an enjoyable time while in Kansas.  I look forward to seeing you again next year, good Lord willing.Tony, If you could send me the pictures you took and some type of acknowledgment for the deposit I left, I would appreciate it.

Best regards,

CES

We were looking for a place to stay on our way from Colorado to Atchison,KS and stumbled on The Vintage Charm. Great place, awesome hosts, they go out of thier way to provide a comfortable, cozy home away from home. Wish the stay was more than one night, breakfast was not to be missed, cinammon coffee cake out of this world! Hope we will find ourselves back in that part of Kansas. Sincerely  Kelli

2-26-2013 We really enjoyed our stay.  What a lovely house.  Thank you so much for the taking care of the switch for me.  We had such a good time.  Hope you don't get too much flack from Colene. Ha! See you again. Beverly

3-2-2013  Dear Ann, I've really enjoyed my stay here with my sister.  We made ourselves at home. I loved going through all your magazines, reading the comments in these books and reviewing your work on this house photo album. What a project you took on. It was really fun visiting with you especially about the houses previous owner!  The cheesecake and the breakfst were perfect!  So many wonderful stores we enjoyed in the 18 mile radius of Waterville. Thanks for everything. Connie

As a foreman of a out of state construction company, I would recommend this guesthouse to any contractor with a small crew.  The house is so roomy and comfortable almost better than home.  We were here for 3 months and Ann and Tony made our stay very accomodating.  The use of the fully equipped kitchen, grill and washer and dryer were awesome.  The guys liked the restraurent and convenience store just a block away.   I would definitely recommend this place to say. It's the best place our guys have ever stayed in. David

 April 4, 2013

Located within easy walking distance of DowntownWaterville, this charming B&B is a must for those just needing to RELAX!! One of the Innkeepers met me at the front door and gave a tour of the public areas (wonderfully decorated in rich colors). She recomended nearby local-owned restaurant for dinner. Once back in the room, peace and quiet for some relaxation, then getting in a little knitting time the ultimate way to wind down. The bed was very firm and the down comforter very "snuggly". Breakfast was delicious fare (I'm already craving more of those muffins) and checkout was very so easy and I'll stop by here again. Rose
